Handle compressed patch files #5
Description
The setup.sh file in nixpkgs decompress patch files in .gz and other compressed formats. Ideally, we should handle that as well. However, I doubt how many patch files in nixpkgs are actually coming as compressed format, so I would rather wait and see how many real world use cases this is actually needed.
