Discovery issues

Hi,

I have compiled the open source code for DIAL server and running the same in my cygwin environment. I am trying to connect the Anrdoid DIAL client to the DIAL server running in my cygwin. The client is not able to discover the server. If i manually enter the IP address of the server, it says connected, but it doesnt seem to be connected though. Can you please help?
