Describe the solution you'd like:
Should be able to access private, internal and protected members using the UnsafeAccessorAttribute to avoid reflection

Shouldnt be too hard to do, but might wait till the mapper is a little more complete before implementing, below is an example

{
    private int Id { get; set; } = 10;
}

public class T
{
   private int Id { get; set; }
}

[GenerateMapper(memberAccessibility: AccessibilityOptions.All)]
[Map<S, T>]
public partial class TestMapper
{
    // Generated
    [UnsafeAccessor(UnsafeAccessorKind.Method, Name = "set_Id")]
    static extern void SetId(T target, int value);

    // Generated
    [UnsafeAccessor(UnsafeAccessorKind.Method, Name = "get_Id")]
