Unfortunately, it's not that simple...

There are a lot of package names that won't work well when the individual words are capitalised. Just from my own collection of packages, "e2ansi" doesn't look good when written as "E2ansi", the "cmake" in "cmake-font-lock" should be "CMake" etc. In addition, it makes an implicit assumption that the words in a package is english -- in other languages, like swedish, only the first word in a title is capitalised.

Having said this, I do recognise the need for using a custom title. One (crude) way to do this is to call el2markdown, pick up the resulting buffer and rewrite whatever you want. Another solution would be to allow the called to supply a custom title. Yet another would be some kind of "style sheet".

I will give it some thought the next couple of days.
