ruptures capabilities

• write a wrapper around ruptures in Ammonyte Series class
• create functionalities to plot and export results
• ask Claude to create detailed docstrings in the Pyleoclim style (using the Jupyter-execute decorator), using the NGRIP example
• create a Jupyter notebook (under /notebooks) that reproduces key results from the ruptures paper using Ammonyte

Ruptures requires a number of changepoints to be defined, so it will not detect those automatically.
