how to load the data from my computer, not from the web?

Hello Li,
Thanks for your kindly sharing your method for dealing with the CWRU data.
It's a wonderful work for research :D

Now I have a problem as the title said.
I have tried many times, but it seems that I can't get the data from the internet.
But luckily, I finally get the .mat documents in my disk.

Could you kindly help with me with it that how can I make them stored in ~/Datasets/CWRU as your original code make?
