Automate post-processing / update of Android and iOS specific things

When using flutter build there are a few things that need to be done "manually" after or before this that needs to be packaged as part of the iOS and Andoird app:
- update info.plist for iOS to include permissions required by the app
- update binary names for Android (https://docs.codemagic.io/knowledge-others/binary-names-update/)
- update applogo
