Getting "Player response reload requested by server" when downloading videos

Downloading most videos ends up with handleReloadPlayerResponse being triggered.

Seems after reloading on attempt 1, attempt 2 and subsequent attempts fails with SABR Error: sabr.no_audio_selected - 2

It seems like formats with xtags == 'CgcKAnZiEgEx' is triggering the reload. Filtering those out resumed normal function.

Note that I have been testing my code on video id iLivnrQ2sEo for the past week, and only discovered this new behaviour today.

Seems like a new problem. I was able to reproduce it with the Shaka player example too. I'll look into it soon.

aaah video.streaming_data.adaptive_formats must be overwritten not just the dash manifest
