Update NuGet Version

The package in NuGet is out of date:

• https://www.nuget.org/packages/sharpAHK/

The latest stable version is 1.0.0.5 from 8/8/2019

That version still uses AutoHotKey 1.0.x while the current standard is 1.1.x
