After Install, Plugin Page just shows "No Databases Created"

I installed the Plugin, and configured the Database in datacenter and told the server to use the datacenters db info.

First when i go into the Plugin page, i see is:

When i go on a server that i want to make a database, it shows no "Database section"

Why?
