Grunt builds

Since this theme is using Bootstrap, it should probably take advantage of Grunt builds, similar to the Parent theme.

While we just added Grunt (for the version string feature), I'm choosing to leave this open for now because the theme still isn't built in the sense envisioned by this issue. We aren't building Bootstrap from source, or using any of the minification/uglification steps like what Parent uses.
