Function theme_apto_object_taxonomies seems to be misplaced in functions.php

The function theme_apto_object_taxonomies seems to be defined in the midst of registering custom post types in functions.php. It isn't clear why this would be the case - but bears investigation.

I definitely think this was misplaced - or placed for something and forgotten. I spent a few hours trying to ascertain its purpose but found none to justify its inclusion.
