tensorflow python 3.13

Issue on page /labs/Lab 0 - Prerequisites.html

The prerequisite states that Python 3.10 or later is recommended. 
However, TensorFlow does not support Python 3.13. 

I recommend changing the recommendation to: 3.10 - 3.12.
