Build issues on master branch. #32
Description
The current master branch code does not compile.
The type or namespace name 'SettingsDialog' does not exist in the namespace 'MattDavies.TortoiseGitToolbar.Config' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
The type or namespace name 'GlobalConfig' does not exist in the namespace 'MattDavies.TortoiseGitToolbar.Config' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
If I resolve those, then I get.
Schema validation error for 'TortoiseGitToolbar\TortoiseGitToolbar\obj\Release\extension.vsixmanifest'. The 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/vsx-schema/2011:ProductArchitecture' element is invalid - The value 'arm64' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/developer/vsx-schema/2011:ProductArchitecture' - The Enumeration constraint failed.
