[ ] - MWO, SWWD: cdfs-inlet-70 needs to be delineated
[X] - MCES, MCES: VR0020 needs a watershed boundary
[X] - MCES, MCES: RI0013 needs a watershed boundary
[ ] - MCES, MCES: VR0020 and SA0082 have overlap - SA0082 also looks lower resolution than other MCES watershed polygons
