Bad link in vscode marketplace page

At the bottom of the vscode marketplace overview, linked below, in the Contributing section, the GitHub URL is invalid. It's is https://github.com/yourusername/dingo but be https://github.com/MadAppGang/dingo.

@ncsurfus Good catch -- it's not just the Contributing link. There are actually three placeholder URLs in editors/vscode/README.md that still say yourusername:

• Line 103: git clone URL in Manual Installation
• Line 333: Contributing section link
• Line 341: Resources section link

Interestingly, package.json already has the correct MadAppGang/dingo URL (line 10), so the marketplace metadata is fine -- it's just the rendered README that's wrong. Quick fix, all three just need yourusername replaced with MadAppGang.
