[BUG] Hide LS Lock Icon only hides the actual icon, not the icon background. #881

Describe the bug
On LineageOS 23.2 (A16 QPR2), when I select the option it only hides the actual icon, not the icon's background.
Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
4. Enable Hide LS Lock Icon under Xposed/Lock Screen
5. Restart SystemUI
6. Notice how a circle remains
Expected behavior
The icons background gets hidden
