Open Source License

Hi!

What open source license does this software and hardware fall under? I'd like to implement this as part of a GPL3 project (https://github.com/meshtastic) and need to confirm license compatibility.

The OSH logo is used on the hardware .brd but I don't see a LICENSE file in the repository.
