Version 27 just released!

After a longer period of time, version 27 is now officially released.

Look for tag Version27!

Included in this version (just the highlights):

• Added NAJSON, a non-standard-conform but very fast JSON parser.
• Windows GUI is now resolution independent.
• Images can be scaled arbitrariyly. Linear up and downscaling.
• Improved blending algorithms
• Reprogrammed NAButton.
• Changed project structure to CMake
