Status bar with live word & character count

### Summary
Add a bottom status bar showing Words: N, Chars: M.

### Tasks
- Add `Label` in FXML (bottom of BorderPane).
- Listen to `txtarea.textProperty()` and update counts.
- Optional: show line/column of caret.

### Acceptance Criteria
- Counts update live and match expected values.
