tarfile.ReadError: not a gzip file

Steps to replicate:

1. install the environment
2. python train.py
3. error: tarfile.ReadError: not a gzip file

It seems that the file in aws is corrupted or incomplete.
Anyone managed to make it work?

Hi @pravent,

I think it's because the underlying data was not public anymore and the wget returned a 404 html instead of a zip file.
can you try again? I made it public again. But please don't download it multiple times if possible.
