Feature Request: Enable Toggle Case to Work in the Note's Title Field

Currently, the Toggle Case plugin does not work in the Note's Title Field. This is a minor inconvenience, but it would be a great improvement if the plugin could be updated to work in the Title Field as well.

Here are some of the benefits of enabling Toggle Case to work in the Title Field:

• It would allow users to quickly and easily format the titles of their notes.
• It would be consistent with the way that Toggle Case works in the body of notes.
• It would be a minor but welcome improvement to the plugin.

I hope that you will consider adding this feature to the plugin.
