Challenge option not showing up when clicking on users

I think this plugin may be broken, or I just can't figure out how to trigger it. We're running Mattermost Version: 8.0.1

Click a profile pic or name in the centre channel pane, it should be in the pop-up. The sidebar user menu doesn't have it any more, if it ever did.
