All of my items disappeared

I just recently moved all of my items from chests into 3 modular storage blocks, each with lvl 2 upgrades and filter mods.

I went to put more items into storage from the tablet but it wouldnt let me, then I went to the blocks and saw theres nothing in storage (the modulars say 0/200 contents) and I cant put any items in storage even directly into the block.

All I have is a generator, simple cell battery, and storage scanner, they all still have full power.

Am I doing something wrong? please help me figure out how to get all my items back.

Not home currently but it was on the most recent version of all the mods 10. Also how can I share the logs? It didn’t crash or anything.

Tell me your version when you are home. I don't know what those modpacks contain. Also there are always logs. Even if nothing crashes (latest.log)

MC is version 1.21.1

Not sure if this would help understand the issue, but I’ve started playing again and I noticed that when I take out the filter module it let me use the storage system like usual again. Maybe just a bug with those?
