[IDEA] Relative Volume Command

LGPT currently has only absolute volume to be selected, and setting up the volume to be THEN faded out accordingly fits only in 2 rows (one volume cmd to set the volume, 2nd to decide release speed to 0 again)

Relative Volume control command would allow to easily mix the entire song, adjusting where needed without need to come back to fix volume commands after adjusting whole sample volume
