[1.12.2] Patch for Bountiful Baubles' Shield Knockback Resist?

Seeing as there are patches for Bountiful Baubles, I wonder if a patch can be made for the Cobalt Shield / Obsidian Shield / Ankh Shield. These shields are supposed to prevent knockback if held or if in a bauble slot but if these config options in the bountiful baubles config are changed from TRUE to FALSE, these shields will NOT prevent knockback if you have them equipped as a bauble, though if held in your hands they will prevent knockback as intended.

First Section is with the configs set to FALSE, the shields won't prevent knockback in a any bauble slot. Second Section is with the configs set to TRUE, the knockback is prevented when a shield is in a bauble slot.

Those config options are only supposed to disable the little modifier buffs that the baubles randomly get. You can also get them from these Modifier Books though those are Creative only.
