Publish artifacts on maven central

Hi @starksm64,
I will use your prototypical implementation in a commercial web applications. As you already saw I am sending pull requests to enhance the code and make it more production ready.

I will need a copy of the artifacts on maven central. Currently I am planning of publishing some with the maven coordinates de.incentergy.jwt. It would be a lot better if you publish these under org.eclipse.microprofile.jwt.

I can also assist in the process of publishing artifacts to maven central.

I would guess that the Eclipse Foundation has some other ways.
