Subtle Effects Crashes Because of Waterfall Particle Spam

If you build a tall pillar and pour water down it, the waterfall/cascade particle gets spammed so much and the game just freezes and implodes. I'm using Subtle Effects (Fabric) 1.21.10-1.13.2-hotfix.1

I'm a little more worried by the fact that every block in that stream of water is spawning particles. That is not intended behavior. That shouldn't even be possible.

Yeah I tried it in vanilla and that was not the case, I believe it's because Hypixel built this map with custom tools and the water isn't actually behaving normally, but it still causes huge lag spikes and eventually crashes the game, sometimes even when I'm not anywhere near water. Like if I hadn't found that stream of water I wouldn't have figured out the time bomb crash.

I'm currently using the waterfall cascades of a different mod called Particular Reforged and it doesn't have this issue. Probably worth looking into.
