Possibly display weather stats

I checked the wiki to try to figure out exactly how much sandstorm affected wex and ended up having to look through the source code to figure it out. Maybe a section for the weathers could be generated too?

I'm not sure if this is where I should submit this suggestion. If this isn't the right place let me know so I can submit there next time if I have anything else.
