Towny commands not working with Gringotts

/t claim doesn't work at all. /t deposit also doesn't work either. Both commands throw "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command. /t or any other Towny commands don't give any errors, but the commands also don't work. I'm on a Paperspigot 1.15.2 server with Gringotts 2.11.2-SNAPSHOT. My Towny version is 0.96.3.0. Any help? I can send the Gringotts and Towny config file, along with the full server logs from start-end. All three will be linked in separate Pastebins in the case you ever need it to fix the problem.
