Problem

Add a simulation folder and intro project to allow members to gain experience with git and the tools they use. This allows all of the starter projects to be in one space and allows the work to be checked easily.

Solution

Simulation Starter project is added with markdown file for a guide to allow new members to gain easy early experience.
