Add Additional Flight Starter Projects

Problem

The current flight starter project is very limited on the scope and doesn't give a lot of experience with the tools. Add in additional projects that give them experience with state machine or other tools/ideas flight uses.

Solution

Add additional Starter Projects for Flight members to do to gain greater expierence
