Adjust color text-mode LED to be green for reads, red for writes

While this behavior was exceedingly rare on real hardware (I know of only one clone I've seen it on), it is very useful to know when it is, and isn't, safe to power off a system.  Plus, it satisfies curiosity as to what a program is doing.
