[Feature] Add bounce scroll effect on touch devices

First of all, thank you for your work — Ore UI looks great and feels really smooth!

I’ve been using it on a touchscreen device and noticed that when I scroll to the very top or bottom of a scrollable area, the scrolling just stops instantly. In the old JSON UI, there was a bounce scroll effect — when reaching the edge, the content would move a bit further and then bounce back. It felt very natural.

I think adding this effect would make the interface feel more responsive and pleasant on touch devices.

Would it be possible to bring that bounce scroll behavior to Ore UI as well?
