Themify Site Stylings

Convert current site stylings, to a format that will allow for people to themify and change the layout with their own styling files and such.

I also think we should make an effort at the point we do this, to properly set it up as SASS.

It will cut down on a lot of style code, as well as give people the ability to use color swatch variables to quickly reskin the site.

We started out in SASS, but due to the time constraints for launch we just patched in Holden's CSS. I will probably jump back into the project post jam to help out with developing a front-end framework. Also I am officially suggesting the name 'Peanut Butter' for the project name, come post MolyJam.

Peanut Butter is a nice base platform for Jam.
