Slow down Rotation speed #42

Hello,
I am using your Countdown Circle Timer, It is working fine. I want to know that how Do I slow down the rotation speed? like if I used 60 sec. then rotation is 60 seconds. but I want only one rotation of 60 seconds
please help me with this
