Image Renderer obscures axis annotations

To reproduce:

1. Open any Katrina file
2. Create an Image renderer with BigBlueMarble, which better highlights the issue
3. Disable "Ignore transparency"
4. Add axis annotations. X and Y axis annotations will be hidden by the Image renderer
