Urology Outpatient Procedures

The Urology specialty HVLC procedures also includes Outpatient procedures and not just inpatients. Therefore, we will need to:

• Add additional functions to identify these procedures in the Urology.R script
• Create an extract_op.sql file to extract example outpatient SUS data
• Add relevant sections to the HVLC.rmd file to demonstrate how to use these functions on outpatient data.
