Guard against race conditions in NdrError.log #22
Description
If a multi-process application is under particularly high traffic, it is plausible that multiple instances have the same probably contemporaneously, and race conditions could be hit:
- creating fingerprints by digest
- storing logs up to limit
- updating fingerprint time/count occurrence details
We should review these cases, to be more defensive.
