Investigate fingerprint grouping

Due to imperfections in fingerprinting, similar errors are not always associated.

We could address this in a number of ways:

• Programatically search for "similar" error logs
• Allow fingerprints to be grouped into families (we want to preserver history, so updating logs' fingerprints is not an option)

Alternatively, we could just aim to improve the fingerprinting "fuzzing" to cover more of the remaining edge cases...
