Feedback on public scraper

First - really amazing to see the public version up!

Some feedback on current public version:

• Summary: A one sentence summary of the tool - for example: "A custom PDF scraper for tables from mandatory disclosure data".

• Do we need to call it "generic": How about "Extractives Disclosure PDF Scraper"?

• Guidance: "Learn more on how to use the tool here [link to readme on github or other guide] and find the code here [link to github repository]

• A one sentence explanation of how this si different from Tabula: "..."

Attribution:

• Add: "powered by Tabula (link: http://tabula.technology/) and Tabula logo"
• "Thanks to feedback on earlier versions of the scraper tool from Kate Vang (One Campaign), Claire (PWYP-Canada), Elliot (PWYP-Canada)...." <-- who else did we miss
