Memory usage doubled compared to v3

We just started upgrading our DCGM libs to v4 and noticed that nv-hostengine was consuming twice as much memory in v4 compared to v3. Playing with the module deny list flag, it seems like the profiling module is the source of the increase. Is there anything that'd explain that/is that expected with v4?
