on H800 can not exec nvidia/pytorch:23.09-py3 container success #784
Description
On H800, when I try to use NVCR.IO/nvidia/pytorch: 23.09 py3 container to run the code（master）, and found that can't normal into the container, with error nvidia-container-cli: initialization error: driver rpc error: timed out: unknown. ERRO[0012] error waiting for container: context cancele, some one can help me ！
