Store non-dimensionalization Information in Output

Opening this here to track it as a need in curator in the next update.

Curator non-dimensionalizes the inputs and targets to enable better training. However, it can be challenging to reconstruct the original input units and scale. Curator should save the non-dimenionalization information in the output dataset as metadata to enable users to reconstruct physical units.
