Extra placeholders #290

Some extra placeholders for this plugin would be cool.
A couple off my mind I could think that could be useful are:
- %nameless_groups% display groups from nameless
- Placeholders to check for Discord integration stuff, such as if they have a specific role, if they are boosting, etc...
