Replace HOPP in examples with H2I models

Remove HOPP from some Examples

11 examples use HOPP. I think many examples that use HOPP should instead use models available in H2I. 4 examples could be replaced to use H2I models right away because that HOPP functionality is (or mostly is) available in H2I:

• Replace HOPP with FLORIS wrapper: Example 17 (17_splitter_wind_doc_h2) and Example 9 (09_co2/ocean_alkalinity_enhancement_financials) both use HOPP only to run FLORIS and could be replaced with the H2I floris wrapper.
• Replace HOPP with PySAM PV and PySAM Wind: 03_methanol/co2_hydrogenation
• Replace HOPP With PySAM Wind: 03_methanol/co2_hydrogenation_doc

Other examples that use HOPP and require battery dispatch (not all of these should have HOPP replaced with H2I models):

• 11_hybrid_energy_plant: this one should be deleted completely, its only a wrapper on HOPP
• 25_sizing_modes
• 01_onshore_steel_mn
• 12_ammonia_synloop
• 09_co2/direct_ocean_capture: uses wave tech, maybe keep using HOPP
• 09_co2/ocean_alkalinity_enhancement
• 02_texas_ammonia
