Milestone
Description
We already cover most of the pathogens and resistances in the WHO bacterial priority pathogens list, 2024, but we should discuss an even better alignment for the next protocol revision.
While we some of the pathogens (e. g. Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Salmonella Typhi) and some antimicrobial resistances (e. g. fluoroquinolones, macrolides) may be less important in the neonatology inpatient setting others may very well be of high relevance in some settings (e. g. penicillin-resistant Group B Streptococci) and better alingnment may add valuable information with a tiny increase in workload.
