Apologies in advance, as I don't know if this kb is better suited here, or in the ONTAP S3 section (as it combines a bit of both, but I believe mainly the fabricpool part is not documented).: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap/s3-config/

A customer of mine was complaining about the lack of documentation regarding network changes for ONTAP S3 used by fabricpool for tiering - specifically, full FQDN change for example. Would it be possible to create a section for such activity, that contains pre-checks, impact,...

As a temporary measure, we've written a kb for it: https://kb.netapp.com/on-prem/ontap/Ontap_OS/OS-KBs/How_to_change_the_FQDN_of_ONTAP_S3_used_for_fabricpool
But it would be nice if it could be validated, tested, and added to the official documentation if possible !
