Smarter Extension Resolving #19
Description
Say I don't know all of the extensions the controlpanel needs to work, I should be able to ONLY include the controlpanel and have that resolve the rest automatically by providing "suggested" keys within the extension manifests that tell it which extension it suggests the use of to provide any given feature.
