Run multiple replicas of nginx-proxy-manager

Hello, right now I am running nginx-proxy-manager 1 replica to manage all of my proxy hosts & ssl certificates and it works really great. but I was wondering if its possible to run more than 1 replica of it because it's starting to get slow response times due to heavy loads. before I was doing it with nginx multiple replicas & custom read-only mounts and 1 write mount to manage the configurations but nginx is pretty messy for this use case. thanks in advanced!
